Advance Security Team Helps Secure Top Award
The Advance Security team based at The Mill Gate Shopping Centre, Bury, has been commended for its part in helping the Centre secure the top award at this years BCSC Achieving Customer Excellence (ACE) Awards.
The awards showcase the commitments and achievements made towards the delivery of engaging customer service within the shopping centre sector, and are presented to those centres which deliver the very highest standards and innovations in customer service.
The 16 strong Advance security team not only works around the clock to keep the Centre safe and secure, but works in partnership with other service providers, retailers and the Mill Gate management team to ensure the delivery of first class customer service across the Centre and beyond.
Advance managing director Richard Bailey comments: “Advance’s security team at the Mill Gate works tirelessly to ensure the safety and protection of the Centre; its remit however extends beyond the provision of security services. Customer care is central to the team’s operation, and its commitment to working alongside other service providers and stakeholders at the Centre in the delivery of exceptional customer service is second-to-none. We are undoubtedly proud that the team has been warmly recognised as an integral part of the Centre’s operations.”
This is not the first time the team has been commended for its impeccable customer service skills. In July last year it was shortlisted at the National Customer Service Awards in the Team of the Year – Retail category for its commitment to the highest standards of customer service.
