New Online Portal Pays Dividends for Advance Employees
In its latest move to improve environmental efficiency across the company, Advance Security has created an employee portal, allowing every one of its 3,500 staff to view their payslips and timesheets online.
Part of Advance’s wider commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), the move not only cuts down hugely on paper usage, it also allows officers to check their current and historical timesheets against their payslips in real time; thereby removing any delays in rectifying discrepancies.
In addition to payslips and timesheets, the new portal also gives users access to more detailed information relating to their forthcoming roster, including customer details, site maps and shift payment information. There is also an optional facility for employees to receive email notification as soon as their pay is transferred, with the aim of reducing the need to make enquiry calls to the officer helpdesk during working hours.

Aside from the CSR benefits the move will help us to improve our payroll management processes across the business.”
