JOB PURPOSE:- To assist in ensuring the smooth running of the Security contract. The post holder will be responsible for maintaining a professional standard of security on all sites which they are assigned to and will work closely with Advance Security Management and the client.

 

* Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instruction.

* To ensure all incidents are reported and recorded in accordance with site instructions

* Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to.

* In addition to these functions employees are required to undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required.

 

* Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas

* Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur

 

* Smart, well groomed and confident.

* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

* Client Awareness and customer focus skills

* Ability to closely follow stringent procedures and policies

* Excellent administrative skills and attention to detail and accuracy

* Excellent timekeeping and attendance

* Flexible to the needs of the position and Company

* Level headed approach is required due to the nature of the role

* Have a demonstrable knowledge of the security industry.

* Able to be vetted back 5 years or since leaving compulsory education

* A commitment to providing first class customer service is essential

* A frontline SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervision is essential

* A driving license and access to own transport would be an advantage
