We are keen for our CSR policy to be inclusive of our entire workforce and we engage all employees to help to introduce new initiatives into our daily operations. We operate a quarterly CSR suggestion scheme whereby Advance employees are invited to make suggestions to help improve not only our impact on the environment, but also our commitment to the community, the workplace and the marketplace.
