Advance Short Listed For Team Of The Year
Leading security provider, Advance Security, has been short-listed in the prestigious National Customer Service Awards (NCSA), in the Customer Service Team of the Year – Retail category. Recognising the quality of the service provided by the Bury based Mill Gate shopping centre security team, the short-listing acknowledges a commitment to high standards of customer service; via personal dealings with customers and a contribution to the overall customer care policy through involvement in communications, problem solving and innovation. The security team at Mill Gate has received additional praise from Greater Manchester Police and the local authority, further highlighting the important and valued role it plays within the local community. Richard Bailey, managing director at Advance comments: “The Mill Gate security team was nominated due to the exceptional levels of customer service they provide on a day-to-day basis. The team shares a common goal to work with Mill Gate customers, staff and management alike to the benefit of the local community; which is further emphasised by their work with the local police force, and their role in the local Night Net and Pub Watch schemes, taking a proactive role in battling anti-social behavior across the local area. We are justifiably proud of the team’s consistently high levels of service and this nomination is due recognition for their efforts.” This is the third time that Advance has been put forward as a finalist this year following recent short-listings in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Best Use of Technology categories in the Orange National Business Awards. The NCSA finalists will present to the judges in July with the awards ceremony taking place in September.
